This summer, Carbonara Italian Restaurant is slated to be opening its doors mid July in the Virginia Gateway town center in Gainseville, VA and Cappellini is slated to open at the end of September in the Brambleton Town Center in Ashburn, VA by no other than Chef Mike Cordero and his team!
Serving traditional old-school Italian classics, diners will be “entertained” and fed at the same time with showstopper dishes as the tableside chicken Parmigiano; table side “Carbonara Wheel” shipped from the region of Emilia- Romagna used to make a carbonara sauce in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel and to top dinner off with tableside tiramisu.
